After all, I am human. No one is perfect, and so am I. I have my flaws and weaknesses. However, I am trying to improve myself daily with my skills and experience. Money was never a priority for me. But just like everyone, I need enough to provide for me and my family. Money is an element in my decision process whenever I consider a job. However, two more significant elements are what I will learn and whom I will work with.

Through my previous experiences, I can assess the market, make development strategies, and help businesses grow sustainably. A position that requires creativity, judgment, and challenge is more suitable for me than repetitive. I like to work in a flexible and open environment. Employees can thrive and shine best in an organization that is clear about its objectives and responsibilities and limits involvement in employees' personal lives.
